Office
Our offices are located on the 12th floor of 444 St. Mary Avenue (the Manitoba Hydro building) in downtown Winnipeg. Situated behind The Bay, our location provides easy access from most major transit routes around the city. Kennedy Street provides access to covered paid parking directly connected to our building, behind The Pony Corral. Other parkade parking is also available attached to The Bay. Metered parking is also available in the surrounding area.
