Online Services are available to registered members

At the CSSB, we have taken measures (128-bit encryption security) to ensure that your personal information and the use of CSSB Online Services is secure. If you ever doubt the validity of an e-mail claiming to be from the CSSB, please call our office at 204-946-3200 or toll-free in Canada at 1-800-432-5134.

There are some simple rules when dealing with usernames and passwords on the internet

• Never include your usernames and/or passwords within your e-mail
• Be suspicious of anyone who e-mails you seeking personal information
• If you are unsure of the authenticity of an e-mail, delete it
• Make it difficult for others to guess your password and use a verification question that only you know the answer to
• The "lock" icon at the bottom of your screen indicates that the Web site you are on is secure
• If a window appears asking if you'd like Windows to save this password, it is best to click on 'No'

To view and/or print a CSSB Registration for Online Services form (85k), you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader. You have the option of filling in the information while viewing the form or completing it by hand. Completion by either method still requires that we receive the original signed form. All registrations must be verified by our staff.

Note: You are required to change your password during your first visit to CSSB Online Services.

To have the CSSB verify your Registration Form

• complete and sign
• either mail the form to the CSSB or fax it to us at 204-945-0237
• we will contact you to issue a Username and temporary password

Once your form is received and verified, you will have access to our Online Services.
