Bloody Maru

2 oz Sake, 4 Drops Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Drops Tabasco, 1 Dab Horseradish, Squeeze of Lime

In a old-fashioned glass, combine all ingredients. Add ice and stir. Garnish with celery.

Cranberry Float

Prep for Jello: Add 3/4 cup of cold Sake into bowl and sprinkle 3 packs of unflavoured Knox gelatin over it. Let stand 1 minute. Add 21/2 cup of hot cranberry juice to sake and stir till gelatin is dissolved. Pour in a 8x8 pan and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
When cold cut into small squares.

In a parfait glass or small martini glass place jello squares inside. In a shaker over ice add:
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz sake
1 oz grenadine 1/2 oz lime juice.
Shake well and strain over jello cubes.

Ginza Strip

2 oz Sake, 2 Dashes Sweet Vermouth, Dash Angostura Bitters

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
