Recipe of the Day for Friday, May 2

Feel like having something different today? Liquor Marts Online provides an ever changing Recipe of the Day to add a mix to your meals. Variety is the spice of life. Ingredients, instructions, and helpful hints are all provided. Bon appetit!

Burgundy Burgers (Main dish) serves 6
Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/4 c burgundy or other red wine 1/4 c onion; finely chopped, 1 sm. 1 tb worcestershire sauce 1 ts seasoned salt 1/4 ts pepper 1/8 ts garlic salt
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together. Shape mixture into 6 patties, each about 3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 to 15 minutes. Nice served on toasted buns with a favorite topping. See toppings
