Bacardi Cocktail

1-1/2 oz Bacardi Light Rum, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, 1 teaspoon Grenadine

Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz Light Rum, 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Vodka, 3/4 oz Triple Sec, 1 oz Sour Mix

2 oz Light Rum, 1/2 teaspoon Maraschino Liqueur, 1/2 oz Lime Juice, Superfine Sugar, Lime Wedge

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass by running the lime wedge around it, then dip rim into the sugar. Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
