Chocolate Dragon - Non Alcoholic

1 cup cold milk.
1/2 cup chocolate syrup,
1 tsp. sugar,
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles.

Chocolate Malted - Non Alcoholic

3/4 cup cold milk,
1/2 cup chocolate syrup,
2 oz. malted milk powder,
1 scoop chocolate ice cream

Combine all in blender until smooth. Pour into large wine glass or specialty glass.

Christmas Creamy Egg Nog

4 Egg Yolks
1 (5oz) Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp. White Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 1/2 cups milk
4 Egg Whites
1 oz Rum
1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until they are thickened and light. Gradually stir in condensed milk, sugar, vanillar and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add them to the milk mixture. Stir rum into the mixture (to taste). Garnish with nutmeg. Make 2 quarts.

Cocaine

1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Rum
1/2 oz Kahlua
Cream or Milk
Dash of Grand Marnier

Put Rum, Kahlua and Tequila in an ice filled glass. Top off with cream or milk to about 1/3 inch from top. Add a dash of Grand Marnier
