1 oz Light Rum, 1 oz Dark Rum, 1 teaspoon Pernod, 1 oz Lemon Juice, 1/2 teaspoon Grenadine,

Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients (except cola). Shake well. Strain into a old-fashioned glass. Top with cola. Garnish with orange slice.

Mango Dream

1 oz white rum, 1 oz aged (anejo) rum, 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 1/2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 oz Mango Liqueur (or 1/4 cup mango puree* see note), 1/2 oz sugar syrup** (see note), 1 tarragon sprig for garnish.

Fill a large shaker glass two-thirds full of ice. Pour in both rums, both juices, the liqueur or puree and the simple syrup. Shake until blended and well chilled. Strain the drink into an ice-filled goblet; garnish with the tarragon sprig. Serve at once.

Note: *Mango Pur e Peel 1 ripe mango and cut the flesh away from the flat seed. Place the flesh in a blender or food processor and pur e until smooth. 1 mango should produce 1 cup of pur e.

*sugar syrup = 1 part water, 2 parts sugar. Mix together and heat (without boiling) to dissolve sugar.

Mango Margarita

2 oz Reposado Tequila
oz Grand Marnier
1 oz fresh mango nectar
oz fresh orange juice
oz fresh lime juice
1 tsp simple syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker.
Shake & strain into a chilled margarita glass.
Garnish with a mango slice.
