Kangaroo Cocktail

1-1/2 oz Vodka, 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth, Lemon Twist

Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

Kentucky Mock Julep - Non Alcoholic

1/2 cup sugar,
1 cup cold water,
1/2 cup lemon juice,
4-5 fresh mint leaves,
3/4 qt. ginger ale

Mix sugar, water, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add washed mint leaves. Let stand for 45 minutes. Pour into a large pitcher with ice cubes. Add ginger ale and thin lemon slices.
