Eastern Area Lot Selection Meeting
We regret to inform you that due to concerns raised by a local first nation, the Lot Selection meeting for the Eastern Area scheduled for Sunday (September 23) has been postponed until further notice. The province is currently working to resolve the issue.
We will advise applicants in the future with the details of when & where this meeting will be rescheduled.
NEW: If you wish to withdraw from the Eastern Area of the Cottage Lot Draw, you may do so by completing the Request to Withdraw form and mailing or faxing it in to Manitoba Conservation to receive a refund.
2007 Cottage Lot Draw
The 2007 Cottage Draw is now complete. Thank you to all that participated!
Applicants who have chosen lots will receive their invoices and agreements in the mail and will have until the payment deadline noted in their agreement for payment of their lots. If you require further information on your cottage lot purchase/lease, please contact the appropriate area for your agreement:

Applicants awaiting the outcome of the Eastern Area lot selection meeting will be notified once a solution has been reached.
First-come/First-serve Lot Availability & Future Cottage Lot Draws
Information on the date, location and details of future draws or the availability of the 1st come 1st serve lots will be made available through a public announcement, printed media and on our Conservation website. To ensure all members of the public receive fair and equal access to this information, we are unable to comment prior to any announcement.
We do not currently have a mailing list to notify interested parties, to ensure fairness for all applicants, however you can subscribe to Manitoba Conservation New Release Notices at: http://www.gov.mb.ca/cgi-bin/press/newssubscribe.pl?language=English.
