Manitoba Product Stewardship Program

Manitoba Conservation wants to hear what you have to say about proposed Stewardship Regulations to manage Household Hazardous and Electronic Waste.

The Hazardous or Prescribed Household Material Stewardship Regulation and the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Stewardship Regulation will require the suppliers of electronic goods or of products that become household hazardous waste to develop a plan to manage the disposal of these items in Manitoba.

The drafts guidelines for Electrical and Electronic Equipment Stewardship Regulation and  Hazardous or Prescribed Household Material Stewardship Regulation are available for your review and comment.
