What if I have a "not at fault" accident with a vehicle from out of province?
In this case direct compensation agreement does not apply and you resort to the tort system. T he insurer for the at fault vehicle will handle the claim and pay you for your damage. If the other insurer is registered to conduct business in New-Brunswick, then DC/PD does apply.
