Premier's Council on the Status of Disabled Persons

Sources of Funding Assistance and/or Rehabilitation Equipment Load Programs for Persons with Disabilities in New Brunswick
October 2007

Important Note

This information was developed from responses made to a questionnaire circulated in May and June of 1999 and followed up with telephone inquiries.

The material was gathered and collated by the Premier’s Council on the Status of Disabled Persons to help prepare stakeholders for a provincial workshop on rehabilitation equipment issues held in Fredericton on September 28th.

The workshop was hosted by the provincial government. Input into the planning for the workshop was also provided by a number of disability related community groups on behalf of the New Brunswick Disability Executives Network.

Following the workshop on September 28, the Premier’s Council on the Status of Disabled Persons prepared an updated version of this material and placed it on their website at www.gnb.ca/0048/

Please advise the Premier’s Council of any additions/deletions to be made.
