"For two days in March, Ottawa-Gatineau hosted over 200 scholars, researchers, professionals and public officials from across Canada and the world for the “International Forum on the Creative Economy”. Hosted by The Conference Board of Canada in collaboration with the Department of Canadian Heritage, the Forum presented recent evidence of current and future economic forces and trends within the arts and cultural industries.
e-Proceedings of the International Forum on the Creative Economy
To ensure that all employees have an opportunity to take advantage of all research and information presented at the Forum, a full electronic package of the Forum proceedings will soon be available for distribution, at no cost.
The e-Proceedings CD-ROM for the “International Forum on the Creative Economy” will include:
The official program with speaker biographies and contact information;
Each Powerpoint and/or multimedia presentation;
Audio-recordings of each presentation (in both French and English); and
The full compendium of research papers produced for the Forum (in both French and English).
Employees wishing to receive a copy of the e-Proceedings are asked to complete the attached form and submit it to Morrice Ramani at morrice_ramani@pch.gc.ca by March 31, 2008.e"
