Applicants Please Note:

The specifications for Formatted Highway Advertisement signs are found on pages 14-16 in the Highway Advertisements Information Kit 2. The design format (sign face) of your highway advertisement sign must meet all of the pertinent specifications set out in the Highway Advertisements Information Kit 2.

To obtain approval of your Highway Advertisement sign face, you must complete the Tourism Formatted Highway Advertisement Approval Form and send it, along with a color layout of the sign face, by e-mail to penny.demmings@gnb.ca

If you are using a logo on the sign face that is not a nationally recognized logo, please send a copy of your letterhead and business card to: Penny Demmings, Tourism and Parks, 670 King St., Room 617, Fredericton, NB E3B 1G1.

Please note: when using Template #15, all words used on the sign face must have a solid, plain, one-color background behind them (see template sample). There should also be strong contrast between the background color and the letter color.
