Overview:
Fees are payable to the Registrar of the Court of Appeal, pursuant to Rule 78.02 of the Rules of Court, for the filing of documents with the Court of Appeal and for services rendered by the Office of the Registrar.
 
Eligibility:
Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to proceedings in the Court of Appeal.
 
Description:
Fees are payable in regard to documents filed with the Court of Appeal and for services rendered by the Office of the Registrar.
 
Details Fees: (Unless otherwise specified, the harmonized sales tax (HST) is NOT included in the Fees.)
List of Fees Rate in $
Court Fees - Court of Appeal  
  a) on filing a Notice of Appeal or any other document commencing a proceeding in the Court of Appeal 50.00
  b) on filing an Appellant's Submission 50.00
  c) on filing a Respondent's Submission 25.00
  d) on certifying a case on appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada 50.00
  e) on refiling any document when the document has been returned due to incorrect completion 10.00
  f) for certificates, and filing documents in a matter in which no fee has been paid under clause (a) or (d), 10.00
  Photocopying per page 0.50
  Fee on a search 10.00
