Andrew Cardozo, Executive Director, The Alliance of Sector Councils, and Ravi Pendakur, Assistant Professor, Public and International Affairs, University of Ottawa, will present an overview of the changing place of visible minorities in Canada within the context of demographic, social, political and economic changes and will highlight the related policy initiatives which have occurred over the last four decades.
