"Welcome to CultureWorks, a virtual career resource centre offered by The Cultural Human Resource Council. CHRC’s mandate is to strengthen Canada’s cultural workforce through leadership, support, representation and involvement. CultureWorks represents our commitment to those of you working in Canada’s cultural community. Because of the unique nature of cultural work, we have abandoned the traditional labels of Job Seeker and Employer in favour of Cultural Worker and Opportunity Generator. Cultural workers are not always seeking “jobs”. Opportunity Generators are not always posting full-time “jobs” and thus are not necessarily “employers”."
