Policies and Plans – International deals with how different societies organize cultural and social infrastructures at regional and local levels, deal with fiscal decision-making and responsibility, encourage small businesses, and create sustainable urban regeneration? How do they create and adopt interdisciplinary and integrated approaches to the regionalization of arts and culture? The exchange of information, experience, knowledge, and best practices between cities and regions around the world is needed to foster transnational learning and understanding of the nature and trends of various models of municipal cultural planning, city management, community development, and urban processes in different countries.
