Allan Gregg - "Canadian Perspectives on Cultural Citizenship"

Part 1 of 2: "Mr. Gregg will expand upon a recent article he wrote for Macleans entitled "Art for Everyone". In that article, he argued that there is need to consider a different focus for culture and cultural policy: one that would measure the value of culture not simply as an "end product" but also a means of strengthening society and citizenship."
