Sir Wilfred Grenfell College, Memorial’s campus on the west coast of Newfoundland, is committed to offering a liberal arts and science education. Memorial is the largest university in Atlantic Canada and, as the province’s only university, plays an integral role in the educational and cultural life of Newfoundland and Labrador. Grenfell College provides students with a unique, small campus option. With just over 1300 students, Grenfell prides itself in offering a personalized undergraduate education with an emphasis on teaching excellence in a realm of interdisciplinary experiences. Grenfell College offers four-year Bachelor’s degrees in Arts (English, Environmental Studies, Historical Studies, Humanities, Psychology, Social / Cultural Studies, Tourism Studies), Fine Arts (Theatre and Visual arts), Science (Environmental Science, General Science, Psychology) and Nursing.

The College is located in the city of Corner Brook on Newfoundland’s west coast. Corner Brook (population 22,000) is a very safe, friendly city with excellent recreational and cultural facilities, and overlooks the Bay of Islands, affording a spectacular view of the Blomidon Mountains. The city is some 80 kilometers from Gros Morne National Park and 10 kilometers from Marble Mountain downhill ski resort.
