Welcome to Memorial

Visitor's guide

Memorial is not just a great place to work and study - it's an exciting place to visit.

We are Atlantic Canada's largest university, with more than 17,500 students and offering more than 100 degree programs.

Memorial has four campuses, each with its own flavour and charm. Many of the university's facilities and services are open to the community.

The province’s capital city, St. John’s, is home to the St. John’s campus which offers a full range of academic programs in a modern, urban setting.

Also located in St. John’s is the Marine Institute, Canada’s leading centre of fisheries and marine training and one of the largest marine educational facilities in the world.

Sir Wilfred Grenfell College, located in Corner Brook on the scenic west coast of the island, is a liberal arts and science campus specializing in environmental and fine arts programs.

Finally, our Harlow Campus in serves as a gateway for students wishing to study internationally.
