Ontario man named David Craig used to be a caterer, Catering By Craig. Wanting to get out of the biz, he started up a mobile kitchen company. It's one of the few in North America . His mobile kitchens have been used for travelling rock stars and now his kitchens are going to the Olympics. Forty mobile kitchens are being rerouted from spots in North America to Vancouver and Whistler to feed people from several organizations at the Olympics, including TV networks.
