Our commitment

At TD, we’re committed to meeting the needs of all our customers. That means doing everything we can to improve access to–

Creating genuine accessibility will be a journey. We won’t get there right away, and we don’t expect to get it right all the time, but we’ll continue to work hard to meet the needs of our clients.

We have established both Internal and External Advisory Committees, and we recognize how important the feedback of individuals with disabilities and accessibility advocates will be along the way.

Our employees are prepared to receive and act on accommodation requests from customers to ensure a consistent, comfortable experience.

If there is something we can do to make your experience more comfortable, please let us know. We can record your request so that we can meet your needs whenever you deal with us.

Our commitment to customer accessibility is not just about having the right products, services and facilities. It’s also about the way we treat our customers. That’s why our employees receive training on our accessibility initiatives and training to build awareness of customer needs.

In Our Communities

In 2007, we established the External Advisory Committee (EAC) with representation from Canadian organizations that champion the needs of persons with disabilities. The committee provides input and feedback on our accessibility practices and identifies ways we can build on our initiatives to support an inclusive experience at TD.
