Individual visitors
Individual visitors must obtain a tour ticket from a guide upon arrival. Reservations are not required, except from Monday to Friday in May, June, September and October.

Groups are welcomed at the bus lay-by, on the Côte de la Citadelle. Please notify us at the time of your reservation if you will be visiting the Citadelle of Québec before touring the governor general’s residence.
