CEED — SEED Capital Loan Program

If you're between the ages of 18 and 34, and are a resident of Halifax, Dartmouth or Bedford, you could get a loan of up to $20,000 to help you start, expand or modernize your urban business. You can also access business counselling and training. If you are 35 years old or older, you may use the loan only to start a new business.
