Establishment of a limited partnership (New Brunswick)

If you wish to establish a limited partnership in New Brunswick made up of one or more individuals called “general partners” and of one or more individuals called “limited partners”, you must:

• Complete and submit a declaration of limited partnership
• Include a NUANS (Newly Upgraded Automated Name Search) report for the Atlantic region from a private sector business
