Its primary mission is to promote the well‑being of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and families who are experiencing a deployment-related absence by providing them with support and a toll-free phone number they can call for answers to all of their questions.

The DSG has quickly become a leader in its field and is now among the best referral and assistance organizations in Quebec. The quality of our services is such that approximately 134 different organizations call upon us to promote the well‑being of employees and their families.

A number of other organizations also use our services occasionally for employees who are experiencing difficulties, for crisis situations.
