You could get a loan to finance your perennial crops up to 75% of their enhanced value if:

• Your operation is located in New Brunswick
• Your business plan shows chances of viability and an existing demand
• You have acceptable agricultural knowledge, business skills and credit history
• Your project fits with the province's sector strategies
• You provide an acceptable security for the proposed financing
• You show an acceptable amount of equity in the business
