Fiscal measure — Production of Multimedia Titles

Your company could receive a refundable tax credit ranging from 26.25% to 37.5% of labour expenses or eligible contracts for your audio-visual productions.

To be eligible, the multimedia title must:

• Incorporate digital text, sound, and static or moving images
• Be edited on electronic media
• Allow for a user interface

To be entitled to this tax credit, your business must first obtain an initial certificate of eligibility issued by Investissement Québec. Subsequently, it will have to obtain a certificate of eligibility with respect to the production work associated with the eligible multimedia title.
