Training and career development is key to employee satisfaction and, in turn, a successful organization.

The Professional Development Division is integral to the Department. Its priority is to promote continuous learning and knowledge transfer within the organization.

The Division provides training on:

  • Legal Programs;
  • Professional Effectiveness;
  • Career Management;
  • Leadership and Management;
  • Personal Life; and
  • Health and Safety.

The Division is committed to learning and has developed a policy that entitles all employees to a minimum of five professional development training days a year.
