Child Care — Quality Improvement Funding Support
If you own or operate an approved child day care facility, you can apply for funding to increase the wages of your employees.
The funding rate for employees who have a recognized degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a completed university degree in any discipline is $4.50 per hour, regardless of when your facility opened.
If your facility opened before March 31, 2010, a wage enhancement of $2.75 per hour is available for employees who do not have any recognized training.
