You can apply to receive either an Opinion Letter Of Technology Assessment or a Certificate of Technology Assessment for your new environmental technology. The documents provide an assessment of your product and may be used to:

• Expedite reviews for approval to use the new technology
• Build confidence in the use of your new technology
• Attract potential investors
• Facilitate market entry
