PWGSC is the Government of Canada’s contracting authority. If you represent a company interested in a specific defence procurement opportunity, information can be obtained from, and bids submitted directly to, Public Works and Government Services Canada. Each major defence project has at least one, if not more ‘Industry Days’, organized jointly by Public Works and Government Services Canada and National Defence. These industry engagement programs assist Canadian companies in understanding and accessing government procurement opportunities – including those specifically targeted at small and medium sized enterprises and companies with products at lower levels of technology readiness (pre-commercialized).

CADSI is a non-profit organization representing over 900 defence and security companies.
The Association hosts “Industry Outlook” events, which are held annually in association with different branches of the Canadian Armed Forces and National Defence to provide companies with a forecast of requirements to assist their business planning development.
CADSI also hosts the CANSEC Trade Show, which is another opportunity for Canadian companies to showcase their capabilities, network and build partnerships.
