Education Funding Programs
AANDC provides funding to First Nations students who are pursuing post-secondary education. You can also see other funding options that may be available to you.
Eligibility
You may be eligible for funding if you are a First Nation student accepted in a:
- university entrance program
- college entrance program
- certificate program
- diploma program
- degree program, or
- masters or PhD program.
Students in trade programs are not eligible.
Application Deadlines
- Fall (September) enrolment: July 15th
- Winter (January) enrolment: November 15th
- Spring (May) enrolment: March 31st

For Members of Other First Nations
AANDC Yukon Region only processes applications for students from the First Nations listed above. If you are a student from another First Nation, please contact their office directly. You can also learn more about other options for student funding.
