Reconsideration

If you are not happy with the years for which you were compensated or the amount that you were paid, you may file for Reconsideration. You do not have to provide additional information for your file to be reconsidered, but it may be helpful. This is done by mail, fax, e-mail or telephone. You may use this form.

Appeal

In order to appeal the decision on your Common Experience Payment, you must first go through the Reconsideration process. An Appeal Form will be mailed to you in the Reconsideration process.
