Opened in September 2009, the Stein Valley Nlakapamux School in B.C. symbolizes the unique culture and tradition of six local First Nations – the Nlakapmux people. The school serves Kindergarten to Grade12 students.

The Government of Canada contributed approximately $13.5 million for the construction of the new school.
