The event, entitled, "Ability Starts Here - From Conversation to Action," takes place December 2 and 3 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel in Halifax. This year's celebration of International Human Rights Day, entitled, "SPEAK UP AGAINST DISCRIMINATION," will take place Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the Prospect Road Community Centre, 2141 Prospect Road, Hatchet Lake, Nova Scotia, from 8:00 a.m. to noon.  As in other years, a free harmony breakfast is available to all guests.
