At Service Canada, we are committed to providing you with excellent service.

As part of this commitment, we follow the Service Canada Service Charter. In addition, we adhere to our service standards, and we issue a performance scorecard every year.

We also put together guidelines on how we interact with Canadians using social media.

We created the Office for Client Satisfaction to gather feedback from Canadians about the quality of our service, and to find ways we can make it even better.
