Hiring the Chief Scientist for CHARS

The job posting position for the Chief Scientist for CHARS closed on September 20, 2013 and applications are now being reviewed.

The Chief Scientist will guide the launch of the CHARS Science and Technology Program and be responsible for establishing the year-round presence in Cambridge Bay. He/she will also be a key broker of partnerships between CHARS and stakeholders such as polar institutions, the private sector, academia, Northerners and federal departments.
