CF H SVCS GP HQ has a Class B Permanent for a MWO/MWO MOS ID/Occupation 00003-01-NCM, or 90000-ATR to commence on 23-SEP-2013 until 22-SEP-2016. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Regular Force, Primary Reserve Force, Cadet Org and Trg Service, Supplementary Reserve Force.

7. Required experience and quals:
  - Competency Remarks:
    - 1. Knowledge of Primary Reserve Force personnel Employment policies and procedures including the administration of Class B and Class C Reserve Force Service.
      
      2. Knowledge of the policies and procedures related to Reserve Force Postings and Transfers.
      
      3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
      
      4. Knowledge of Microsoft Access, HRMS, Monitor Mass and CFTPO an asset.
      
      5. This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making skills, an ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, an ability to work independently and be able to supervise/administer numerous and complex files.

Secondary requirements of position, as applic:

  3. Familiar with Mil Pers Comd structure and associated personnel policy OPIs an asset.
Basic description of duties: 1. As the Section IC, responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of a staff of two.

2. Provide administrative support for Class B and Class C Reserve Service within CF H Svcs Gp.

3. Prepare and staff informal and formal correspondence for review by CF H Svcs Gp senior leadership;

4. Liaise with personnel policy OPIs and OCIs within CF Mil Pers Comd, when required.

5. Provide guidance on Reserve Force employment matters to J1 staff in subordinate formations, national level units, and directorates within CF Health Services Group HQ.
