  4. Basic description of duties: PROVIDE STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL AND TACTICAL LEVEL ANALYSIS OF KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) ON MATERIEL MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES TO IMPROVE SUPPORT TO OPERATIONS AND INCREASE MATERIEL ACCOUNTABILITY:



    A. Develop and manage the Materiel Acquisition and Support (MA&S) Performance Management Framework (PMF);

    B. Develop, monitor and analyse KPIs on materiel management activities;

    C. Develop and manage support plan based on patterns, trends and best practices;

    D. Liaise with stakeholders including chairing Performance Management Working Group; and

    E. Generate and manage communication plan for PMF.
