  4. Basic description of duties: a. Manage the central registry function of the OR in accordance with established directives

    b. manage unit personnel recoreds and leave;

    c. manage the R&D function, including temporary duty;

    d. ensure all administrative requirements are met for delegatgion of authority related to finances and administration;

    e. support business planning activities as requried;

    f. coordinate Class B Reserve hiring and contracts;

    g. perform the duties of electronic record keeping as the IM Clerk;

    h. support procedures on CF Performance Appraisal System Process (CFPAS)

    i. support CFSSG HQ on manners related to administration and finances when required;

    j. liaise with B/W/G administrative staff in support of SSU detachments when required.

    k. act as MFRC unit liaison rep;

    l. act as AMeX (ITC) co-ordinator; and

    m. act as CE work request co-coordinator.
