  1. NDHQ CADET ESTAB has a Class B Permanent for a Cpl/Sgt MOS ID/Occupation 00298-01-RMS CLK, or 00359-01-COATS-GS NCM to commence on 06-JAN-2014 until 05-JAN-2015. Only personnel from the following Component/Sub-Component may apply for this position: Cadet Org and Trg Service, Primary Reserve Force, Supplementary Reserve Force, Regular Force.
  2. Essential requirements are as fols:
    1. Rank: Cpl/Sgt
    2. MOS ID: 00298-01-RMS CLK, or 00359-01-COATS-GS NCM
      COATS-GS NCM (RMS Clk qualified)
    3. Language: English or French
    4. Security clearance: Reliability Status
    5. Health: BE MED/DENT FIT
    6. Physical fitness: MUST BE PHYSICALLY FIT
    7. Required experience and quals:
      • Courses:
        • 1. HRMS 7.5 Foundation [301313]
      • Competency Remarks:
        • (1) Pers Admin Procedures, HRMS, RPSR

          (2) knowledge of reserve sub-components

          (3) knowledge of RPSR and HRMS

          (4) knowledge of personnel policy issues for the reserve force
