  4. Basic description of duties: The CANSOFCOM J7 Individual Training & Education is responsible to J7 for the coordination and administration of SOF individual training. Specific duties include:

    - Supervising production, compilation and submission of all CANSOFCOM individual training forecasts to applicable training establishments including CF Training Institutions and Foreign Military Out-Service Training (FMOST).

    - Coordination and de-confliction of individual training within CANSOFCOM and other CF, OGD and allied training institutions

    - Representing J7 IT at training meetings, conferences, and events within the command, allies, and OGDs;
