I have a delivery issue with a recent Unaddressed Admail mailing. What can I do?

  • You have had little or no response from your mailing and wonder if it has been delivered.
  • Some of your customers did not receive the mailing.
  • Your mailing was delivered early or late.

You may be able to track or confirm delivery online if you used the Unaddressed Admail™ Fully Featured option in EST Online.

Ensure your mail piece met applicable standards.

Note: Before reporting a delivery issue, ensure you have several sample addresses and have verified correct routes were chosen.
