How do I cancel an Order (Statement of Mailing)?
- You want to cancel an Order (Statement of Mailing) that is no longer valid due to keying errors, printing issues or changes in your mailing plan.
You can cancel a Statement of Mailing that you submitted electronically for the following products and services:
- Addressed Admail™
- Unaddressed Admail™
- Lettermail™
- Letter-post
- Publications Mail™
- Catalogue Mail™
You can only cancel a Statement of Mailing if you have not yet given your mailing to Canada Post.
If you plan to replace your Order, do so before you cancel your Statement of Mailing. During the cancellation, reference the replacement Order.
