Tips

  2. Because the weight of your item determines the cost and services available to you, please make sure the weight you enter is as accurate as possible.
  3. Maximum weight for a parcel is 30 kg (66 lb.)
  4. Some common examples of parcels include:
    • Books
    • Clothing
    • Care packages
  5. The largest measurement is always entered as Length.
  6. For irregular, non-rectangular items please measure from the widest points.

Tips for Measuring Your Item

Length: Longest side of your item

Width: Depth of your item

Height: Thickness of your item

Girth: The distance around the parcel (width + height) x 2

  • Example: if width of your item is 20 cm and the height is 20 cm, the girth is 80 cm (20 + 20) * 2 = 80 cm.
