Canadian Registered Covered Bonds

The National Housing Act establishes a legal framework for the registration of covered bond programs in Canada. Under the Act, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is responsible for maintaining a Registry of covered bonds issuers and programs.
