Notice of Request for Proposals (RFP) for Technical Service Providers

CMHC has posted an RFP to contract technical service providers to carry-out progress reviews and physical condition reviews of CMHC projects funded under the On-Reserve Non Profit Housing Program (Section 95) and the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP). CMHC is seeking to increase efficiency and consistency in its approach to technical services on reserves across the country.

In recognition of the unique culture and conditions on reserves and in support of the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses, preference will be given to qualified Aboriginal businesses (Aboriginal set aside).

Proposals from non-Aboriginal businesses will only be reviewed if a qualified Aboriginal business is not found to meet the requirements of the RFP.
