Well this is what happens when it's dad's turn to babysit! 2-year-old Prayer Noelle is obsessed with Disney's 'Frozen' and will often bust out her Elsa impression. So when she decides to sing 'Let It Go' her dad hilariously lip syncs along to it. So funny!
